About the client (Trove)
Trove provides a design configurator software for factory-built homes in the United States. We allow our customers to showcase the homes they sell, plus use a real-time design tool to help their customers visualize the homes they are building and get pricing in real time.
In order to provide this service we need to provide a perfect design studio that accurately reflects the options of the various factories we work with. Our internal software “Product Catalog” is what we use to manage all of our product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Uploading new product lines from new factories so that we can grow our business
- Maintaining / Improving our current product line so that we can ensure our costumes are happy
- Recording the names of potential clients and entering their information into our CRM
Experience
- Have high attention to detail
- Willingness to do large amounts of repetitive tasks
- Ability to be productive and achieve a certain threshold of output
- Be able to communicate issues that they need help solving
- Bonus: if they have the ability to work in Adobe Acrobat to edit photos
- Bonus: if they have any interest in housing or design
Compensation & benefits
- Competitive salary of 650 USD per month
- 22 PTOs annually
Details
- You will have to work the US shifts from Monday to Friday
- This is a permanent remote position
