Capgemini is looking for a Leader to lead delivery for a region / portfolio and/or to manage multiple strategic clients. The leader will be largely responsible for Delivery and Growth in clients. The candidate will be both a “thinker” and a “doer” and will have demonstrated a high degree of collaborative business practices in his/her previous executive experience.
- Managing diverse set of stakeholders and drive the decisions to meet the agreed objectives.
- Deal ownership during the presale’s stages, responsible for opportunity qualification to contracting to delivering agreed commitments.
- Work with a diverse team across regions/ cultures/ domains
- Set the review cycle and publish analytics on defined matrices and work with Business/Functional Leaders to get an understanding of operational indicators/insights with a number-driven story.
- Visualize, adapt to possible review patterns in line with change in business due to growth and external factors and make path of translating that visualization into the action.
- Develop and coach senior individuals for leadership positions.
- Lead deliveries for a portfolio or a strategic large account accountable for delivery assurance, growth, customer engagement, profitability, and people leadership
- Develop relationships in the market with the analysts and other intermediaries.
- Support Capgemini leadership as they liaise with client management ensuring all work streams are aligned with client organizational objectives, remaining on time and on budget.
- Work with Capgemini client executives to further penetrate major accounts and develop new business based on credible relationships with top client/prospect executives.
- Contribute broad expertise in strategic and tactical planning, operations, and delivery.
Primary Skills
The incumbent will have 20+ years of experience with a strong SAP track record. The ideal candidate will have consulting/ delivery experience in different delivery models based on transformations, Agile etc. with SAP technologies and different industries e.g. Oil & Gas , Auto, Retail, Manufacturing etc.
- Global Delivery experience, having spent good amount of time at client locations.
- S/4HANA transformation Delivery Expertise
- High energy and ability to energize others, decision maker (quantitative and analytical skills)
- Excellent communication and exemplary ownership and professional values
- Client leadership and networking both external and internal
- Aware of various Outsourcing models – outcome orientation
- Ownership/ responsibility for managing large multi tower complex accounts.
- Excellent capability to drive sales, revenues, and margin growth.

- Experience in a large Tier 1 IT organization, managing organizational complexities of multi-cultural and multi-location setups.

- Broad industry knowledge of various markets, competitors, future trends, and service offerings. Good command over one industry/sector is preferred.
- Deep experience in sales solutioning, deal structures and contracting.
