Job description 

MDM Lead will be responsible for designing, developing and enriching the Customer Data Management system, Product Data Hub and Enterprise Data Management

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, Develop and Enrich data on Customer Data Management (CDM)
• Configure and maintain the Oracle CDM systems, including data models, hierarchies, data quality rules, and data workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data governance policies and standards to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide solutions that support their needs.
• Develop and maintain data mapping rules and transformations to ensure data is properly integrated across the Oracle and NON-Oracle systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot MDM system issues and provide support to end users when they encounter data problems.
• Help build out MDM roadmap and strategies ensuring high quality and scalable solutions.
• Assist operational teams in testing and configuration changes needed to support complex business processes.
• Will work with a broader team to assist in the design of the business layer rules within the Oracle CDM platform.

job requirements

Mandatory Skills :
o    Strong understanding of data modelling, data architecture and data governance principles.
o    Hands-on experience using Python, PL/SQL skills and groovy scripts.
o    Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Customer Data Management or equivalent MDM Tool              

education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
