Job description

Key Responsibilities:-
● Perform outbound sales activities for booking students or other assigned user groups for
their accommodation for short-term or long-term stay
● Act as an aggregator between the property management and the students
● Create an excellent rapport with the assigned demographic to ensure a smooth sales cycle
● Maintain a solid conversion rate
● Perform various tasks related to completing bookings at all times
● Constantly communicate with the assigned leads via WA, Email, and other integrated
tools on CRM.
● Exhibit great customer service and be a part of a high-performing team to achieve QoQ
and YoY growth collectively
● Ability to perform under pressure and self-motivated to complete assigned targets within
a stipulated time

Skills required:-
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in neutral English
● Active listening skills
● Good time management and planning skills
● Objection & Negotiation handling skills are an added advantage
● Knowledge about CRM is an added advantage
● Working in a flexible shift of 8 hours as per Business requirements.

Qualifications:-
● Education level - Graduation/Masters completed
● Minimum 60% required in academics
● Understanding of the US & Canada market in terms of geography and demographics will
be a plus
