Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or creative discipline

● Strong understanding of a delivery and project management delivery in P&C space

● Ability to effectively communicate with customers as part of the defined project/unit

● Managing stakeholders across multiple functions/locations and multi-cultural business platform

● Able to multitask seamlessly and High attention to detail

● Sharp analytical skills & numeration skills

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Effective networking skills

● Time management, Teaming and leadership

● Creative problem-solving and Technical trouble-shooting

● Proactive identification, ownership, and mitigation of risks

● Understands project management life cycle in detail

● Manages projects assigned to him/her

● Completes scoping and analysis of the project milestones and produces dossier on the learnings, and seeks documented sign off from interested parties

● Defines milestones of projects covering the entire Lifecyle of a project, in sync with the SOW and analysis run

● Ensures for the project owned – respective RAID’s are owned

● Follows through actions open until closure with action owners

Certification

Either one of the certifications – PMP, ITIL V 4, SAFE 5.0
