ob Responsibility: Responsible for Delivering Test Environment and O&M of Nokia Voice core network elements Analysing Service Requests, Change Requests and Incidents received from Lab users (Project, domain, operations, test team) and taking necessary action. Building test environment, integration of core network with another test network element. Ensures that all Core network elements within test facility are in synch with the live network i.e. correct software level, configurations and features. Analysis of test data, protocol traces, and system log files to identify and fix the problems related to test set-up. Routine maintenance (preventive and corrective) of core network elements of test lab. Taking data back-ups as and when needed. Performing configuration changes in Core Network Elements to support testing as and when required. Ensure Service SLAs are met for all service requests, Change requests and Incident. Raise second level ticket and liaise with concerned team for fault rectification. Coordinate internally and with other domains for fault rectification. Handling of requests within TCMT (Ticketing Tool) Monitoring services and preparation of Health reports of Networks elements. Maintain and update documentations related to the nodes managed. User management of the Core network elements. Experience: 4-7 years of experience with Nokia Voice core Network elements. MANDATORY Technical Skills and Experience Excellent working knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G/VoLTE networks. Hands on experience on any of the Nokia Voice core network elements. Preferably vMSS / MSS, CFX-5000 and NTAS. Experience in configuration management / operation support. Good understanding network architecture and all underlying protocols: BSSAP, INAP, ISUP, SIP, BICC, DIAMETER, CAMEL, IP, TCP, UDP, SCTP, GTP, RADIUS, SgsAP, DNS, GSMMAP, S1AP, SDP Good practical skills in trace/log collection, analysis, troubleshooting and fault resolution. PCAP Analysis with Wireshark – Mandatory Technical Skills and Experience – Good to have Experience in configuration and Operation / Maintenance of Ericsson IP-STP, Nokia oMGW, Nokia A-SBC, Nokia I-SBC, Titan ENUM/DNS, Radysis MRF, Siemens700 STP, One-NDS, vHSS/vHLR Redhat Linux 6/7 administration Kubernetes cluster administration Experience in software-defined data center (SDDC) / vAPP / VNF management with VMware vCloud Director (VMware vCD) Understanding of Network Function Virtualization ( NFV ), Virtual Network Function ( VNF), NFV MANO (Network Functions Virtualization Management and Orchestration) Other tool knowledge – CBAM, NetScout IRIS session analyser, Nokia HIT, Nokia Provisioning GUI, SOAP, NetAct, WinSCP Previous lab or test environment management experience.
