Claims Performance Team
Role & Responsibilities:
Compiling reports for various client specific & operational requirements.
Analyzing data & statistics to give overview of the performance at various levels along with rolling trends.
Designing graphical reports and Operational Dashboards / Summaries for visual representation of information.
Generating periodic reports to compare various statistical requirements.
Interacting with the clients on a day to day basis to keep them updated with the analytical data requirements and performance metrics.
Catering to any ad-hoc requirements related to MI Reporting.
Individual Contributor role
Based on the report provided by different service provider, analyze & track important aspect like “Basis of selection of supplier for a particular project”, Planned budgets for fiscal year, success of the project
Update the Global IT deck with information like supplier’s KPIs, financial information, issue, risks etc& send it to the top executives who attend the GIT/eGIT meeting on a monthly basis
Prepare Customer metrics report for different Business unit which provides details of EWP results, headcount, work orders etc
Track the Key Personal data for supplier and report the movement
Facilitate different meetings like Governance, Relationship management by sending Invite, preparing the required decks, coordinating with client contacts, etc
Prepare & conduct cost-benefit analysis (CBA) for different projects
Track & update project charter based on the progress shared by the suppliers
Prepare presentations using MS PowerPoint for reporting requirements
Prepare advance excel based dashboards for easy tracking & monitoring
Assist in planning for resource requirement for each project
Review & audit invoices & payables by Clients as per the contract
Provide PMO support
Plan, Organize and control MIS activities for clients
Act as liaison between clients and their stake holders by reviewing the MIS report and feeding back trends etc

Skills required (but not restricted to)
Expert Proficiency in MS Office tools
MS Excel : Advanced user
MS PPT : Advanced user
MS Access : Advanced user
VBA : Advanced user
Should be able to work on large, simple to complex datasets
Knowledge on Look Ups, Arrays, Pivot Tables and other advanced excel formulas.
Should know how to create, modify & update Span Charts / Graphs
Strong Analytical and logical reasoning.
Knowledge on basic arithmetic concepts like percentage, mean, median, ratio and proportion
Good Proficiency in language and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and effectively prioritize work
Logical thinking in gathering, analyzing & interpreting data for clients leadership team which is used to decision making processes
Ability to solve complex problems and take crucial decisions based on available data
Is able to probe end customers for required data if necessary
Strong numeration & Visual comprehension skills
Neutral V&A & No MTI
Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and effectively prioritize work
Should be inclined towards improvements – simplifying, automating reports
Open for any shift & extended hours
Willingness and aptitude to manage multi dimensional information and process complexities
Good planning and organizational skills
