RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Experience in -
o Experience in SAP Time Management – Positive & Negative
o Experience in Work Schedule Rules, Holiday Calendars, Substitutions, Absence Valuation, Time Wage type selection rules.
o Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules
o Experience with Yearend activities and support packs implementation.
o Experience in SAP HCM Payroll module.
o Experience in SAP US Payroll is an advantage.
• Willing to work US Hours Shift
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 6 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in design and configuration of Time Management (Positive Time Mandatory).
Required Education
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
