Position Summary... Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. What you'll do... About role : This position is an individual contributor role responsible to execute training and development based on the approved training curriculum for the S/4HANA R3 program . This would involve partnering with our tech and business teams to understand impacted business processes and gather inputs as well as deploying learning methodologies. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. What you will do: Responsible for developing the training content for end users and creating/testing training scenarios in a live training environment. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Assists in the development of training curricula by analyzing and evaluating training requests. Identifies skill or performance gaps. Assists in the development of training metrics which align with operational key performance indicators. Helps develop content based on instructional methods and objectives. Supports the communication of standardized training processes to key business partners to ensure operational continuity. Stakeholder Management - Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders - Work independently with senior stakeholders across geographies with minimum supervision. - Work as project lead for specific projects assigned as assigned What you will bring: Master’s Degree in HR, Learning and Development, Statistics, Communications, Psychology or related with 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance/ERP Learning and development Training Development Experience (Most critical) Exposure to SAP or other similar ERP implementation support. Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word/PowerPoint) Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills Experience with interviewing SMEs and Tech Leads Self-driven/Independent and Critical Thinker Strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, organizational skills, and analytical skills. . Ability to work under tight deadlines. Exposure to automation and analytical tools: Macros/Power BI/ SQL/Tableau etc. will be preferred Open to work in US overlap hours( 1-10pm or 2-11pm India time)
