Overall responsibility for one or more large-scale activity. Building and leading the unit's strategy and roadmap to achieve organizational business, operational and delivery goals as well as end-to-end management of the testing engagements, including professional, financial and HR aspects.

• You will develop and implement AOP, engaging all teams within the unit to meet the organizational and unit goals (technical, business and financial).

• You will manage testing engagements, including budget and resources, customer relationships, timelines, deliverables, quality and the team's overall management, both for specific projects and on an ongoing basis
• You will serve as the focal point for testing project(s)/ accounts, working closely with internal and external units on both professional and business areas

All you need is...

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Computer science/ industrial engineering/ system analysis
• At least 5 years of Managerial experienced.
• IT management experience in projects of smaller / similar size
• Broad experience in SW testing/ Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiar with testing technologies and automation tools
• Experience in stakeholder/ client management
