YOU'RE GOOD AT


 

  • Manage & enhancing the overall capabilities of the APAC team by developing advanced sourcing & research skills
  • Managing workload distribution and effective delivery against targets
  • Coaching and mentoring other members of the Global Talent Sourcing team in advanced research capabilities such as Boolean, flip, X-ray etc, with additional technical training to others across the Recruiting team as required
  • Managing and monitoring the performance of all sourcing tools & channels and tracking return on investment
  • · Helping to review the performance of the team by tracking delivery against metrics and targets and monitoring individual analytics on channel usage.
  • Understanding trends and innovation in the external markets and their impact on BCG.
  • Partnering with internal hiring managers and recruiters to qualify needs and execute sourcing strategies for key strategic, sensitive or senior roles.
  • Collaborating with Talent Brand to continually refine and leverage the candidate value proposition in the external market and support the creation of marketing collateral
  • Develop a talent pooling strategy to fulfil future hiring needs through best practice use of all tools and platforms
  • Provide regular analytics on global team performance, delivery and KPIs


 

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


 

  • Bachelors Degree with high academic achievement required
  • 7+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience with a specialization in talent sourcing
  • Experience sourcing within the AP market preferred
  • Deep knowledge and proven success of utilizing talent sourcing tools for successful hires
  • In-house recruitment or sourcing experience in a global setting is highly preferred
  • Strong behavioural based interviewing experience
  • Well versed with Applicant Tracking Systems or candidate relationship management tools
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English; other languages desirable
  • Ability to manage, coach and mentor members of a global virtual team
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion to explore and research tools and trends in the evolving sourcing market
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery
  • Creativity and resilience in problem solving
  • Strategic thinking and influencing skills
  • Best practice process management and driving operational effectiveness
  • Service orientated with a proactive demeanour
  • Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a matrix organization
