WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Managing Set of campuses end to end for Campus Recruitment
o Ensuring the decks, panels and logistics are ready and in place for all campus events and partnering with key stakeholders such as Campus Champs/ Campus coordinators and Recruiting Directors for the same:
▪ Pre-Placement Talk
▪ Dinner & PPT Event
▪ Final Recruiting Event
o Screening Resumes: Manage end to end screening for batch day campuses and partner with the campus teams to screen resumes for core campuses.
o Ensure all collaterals and documents are in place as per new brand guidelines for shortlisted candidates.
o Ensure all logistics and panels are in place for Day Z
o Create and maintain the campus budget
o Offer Letter issuance and onboarding: Issue offer letters to candidates as per company norms
o Ensure records and candidate status is updated on ATS
o Ensure communication to all stakeholders for the onboarding process.
• Database Management, MIS and Reporting:
o Performance analysis and attrition tracking for campus hires
o Comp benchmarking
o Maintain & update win/ loss and hiring target on a regular basis
o Diversity tracking
• Internship Program – Manage end to end internship program which includes, but not limited to:
o Logistics and Onboarding
o Planning and managing the end-to-end induction for the interns
o Project allocation
o Running the midterm and end term evaluation process
o Planning and executing engagement initiatives for interns
o Managing the exit formalities and ensuring proper documentation and internship closure
• Integration:
o End to end checkins with the new hires as part of integration.
o Managing the MIS for all new hires
o Planning and executing events for all new hires
