Role Purpose
• CCNA or equivalent Level certification /skills • Hands-on experience on VPN, MPLS and internet links • SME/Skilled Engineer and excellent problem-solving skills supporting multiple service lines (ADI, IPFlex, ANIRA, SDWAN, IP Services etc.) • Supports complex Test & Turn Ups, escalations & customer requests without any additional assistance • Works with AT&T's service vendors to support network operations and acts on client's behalf in handling network problems and changes • Responsible for key performance Indicators within ADI team and takes proactive actions to prevent customer problems • Critical escalations support & providing technical assistance to other DTACs • Colloboration, Team Work, and follow up • Reporting and Dashboard are essential skills required |
