Job description 

Role Purpose

• CCNA or equivalent Level certification /skills
• Hands-on experience on VPN, MPLS and internet links
• SME/Skilled Engineer and excellent problem-solving skills supporting multiple service lines (ADI, IPFlex, ANIRA, SDWAN, IP Services etc.) 
• Supports complex Test & Turn Ups, escalations & customer requests without any additional assistance
• Works with AT&T's service vendors to support network operations and acts on client's behalf in handling network problems and changes
• Responsible for key performance Indicators within ADI team and takes proactive actions to prevent customer problems
• Critical escalations support & providing technical assistance to other DTACs
• Colloboration, Team Work, and follow up
• Reporting and Dashboard are essential skills required 

 

 Roles & Responsibilities:
 

 

Task-based role
• Receive Assigned Orders via internal tools.
• Responsible for customer service activation and communication.
• Admin order closure activities in AT&T systems/tools
• Responsible for Coordination of Test and Turn-up / LAN Migration and task closure.
• Making sure all workflow is completed and order is accepted by maintenance
• Receive calls from cExcellent reporting skills and significant level of expertise in the Microsoft Office environment (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook) along with Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills
• Participation in spotlight program that involves customer callbacks to gather feedback and attempt to improve NPS scores.
• Enhanced skills and adoption of automation technologies like Service Now, RPA, Cloud etc.
• Providing expertise and consultation for any automation opportunities
• Supports highly escalated customer installations and lead for Projects
• Subject Matter Expert, technical lead for chronic issues
• Doing root cause analysis of failed events and pushbacks
• Supporting management team in the business improvement plans & initiativesustomers and internal partners for service activation

 


Qualifications:

Graduate

•Basic to intermediate network troubleshooting  
•CCNA Level technical certification 

• Experience in: TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, MPLS, routing & switching protocols.
•CCNA certified with minimum 3.5 years’ experience in networking technologies.
•For this position candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills and proficient writing ability.
•Problem solving, time management skills required
•Resourcefulness and flexibility.
