We are seeking an Analyst II - Sales & Advisor Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, administering, and monitoring employee development and career planning strategies. You will identify training and development needs, develop training programs, deliver training sessions, and evaluate performance. This is a full-time onsite opportunity located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Job description 

The Training & Development job assists in planning, administering, and monitoring employee development and career planning strategies, procedures and initiatives. Under close supervision, this job identifies staff training and development needs and supports the development of training programs to improve individual and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Liaises with management and interviews staff to identify and assess training and development needs of organization's employees.
  • Assists in the development of formal training and developmental programs for learning initiatives.
  • Delivers and monitors the training of organization's employees.
  • Organizes events, programs, and activities to meet the staff training and development needs.
  • Assisting in evaluating employees' learning performance and related improvements to enhance the productivity of the workforce.
  • Supports administering programs to enhance the skills of the organization's employees.
  • Supports the development of constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure completion of all assigned operational tasks in support internal learning programs or other events (in person and virtual) in collaboration with Program Manager and Learning Lead
  • Manage program registration and course/class roster information
  • Create, compile, and distribute pre-program materials. This may include preparation of welcome letters, logistics information, seating charts, biographical information, name tents, name tags, program signage, etc. 
  • Complete in-session program tasks including roster updates, participant participation tracking and reporting, simulation/assessment set-up and support, material updates. 
  • Drafts & creates organizational resources:  resource portals/depositories, communications, agendas, calendars, automated tracking & organizational resources
  • Edits and integrates content into organization’s templates and communication deployment systems
  • Executes multiple administrative assistant operations including meeting scheduling, facility and entertainment arrangements, and some expense and billing reconciliation
  • Maintains regular project reports to communicate the status of the projects and results to key stakeholders when needed.
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external business partners to schedule and execute training programs.
  • Effective communicator and able to collaborate with team members to work towards successful project outcomes.
  • Distribute, compile and track evaluation process; report progress and summary information to Program Manager and Learning Lead as requested.
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to navigate challenges and make decisions in a timely manner
  • Periodic travel between Pune and Mumbai may be required on occasion
  • Perform other duties and special administrative tasks as assigned
