Job description 

Position: Lead Security Solutions Engineer - AI/ML Workload Protection and Modernizing IT Security

 

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Security Solutions Engineer to drive the research, development, and implementation of security solutions aimed at protecting and securing AI/ML workloads, models, and Large Language Models, while integrating various data sources into Security AI Workbench models such as Sec-PaLM. 

This role will involve providing solution architecture and frameworks to modernize IT security and enhance the experience of cybersecurity analysts across security portfolios, including Proof of Concepts in Cloud IAM, Threat response, Data Loss Prevention operations, anti-malware, data security, and data encryption. 

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AI/ML(specialized in GenAI and Large Language Model), data security, cloud computing preferably Google Cloud Portal, Python scripting, API development, Terraform, and a foundational understanding of CI/CD and GIT Ops.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the research and development of security solutions to protect and secure AI/ML workloads, models, and GenerativeAI and Large Language Model applications, while integrating diverse data sources into AI Workbench models like Sec-PaLM.
  • Provide solution architecture and frameworks to modernize IT security and cybersecurity analyst experiences, focusing on POCs like Cloud IAM, threat response, Data Loss Prevention operations, anti-malware, data security, and data encryption across security portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative security solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI/ML security, data security, and cloud computing to inform solution design and implementation.
  • Utilize expertise in Python scripting, API development, Terraform, and CI/CD principles to build and deploy advanced security solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

  • 10 Years or more of progressive experience in IT with 3 years of relevant work experience in cloud and cloud security tools.
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science from reputed university
  • GCP Cloud Engineer certification and/or Cloud Security Engineer Certification desirable
  • Proven experience in AI/ML security and data protection, with a strong track record of securing AI/ML workloads and models.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, and their security capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and API development for creating advanced security solutions and automation.
  • Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and a foundational understanding of CI/CD principles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively lead teams and articulate complex security concepts.
