Job description 

Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Must have Skills : IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration Good to Have Skills : Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration, JBoss Application Server Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required2 Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool3 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer4 Prompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality5 Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority6 Consequently identifies opportunities to improve operations. Technical Experience : "a. Provides expert-level administration and problem resolution for all components of RedPanda , Confluent Kafka and WebSphere MQ b. Provide infrastructure consulting and support to application development teams c. Troubleshoot Infrastructure and Application issues related to RedPanda , Confluent Kafka and WebSphere MQ Own/Prepare d. Root Cause Analysis for Major incidents/problems and mitigations for the issues e. Perform Performance Monitoring and Identify performance bottlenecks" Professional Attributes : Good communication skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, team building, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree Additional Info : Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts.
