Role & Responsibilities
· Finance Testing
° Perform finance testing and document test scenarios
° Update test script documentation/Redactions
° Functional Validation
° Report issues, interact with IT, and re-test
° Report status
· B – Conversion Testing
° Shape and format conversion files
° Control IT upload
° Functional Validation
° Report issues, interact with IT, and re-test
° Report status and track Project progress/ performance specifically to ensure successful completion of Projects/Activities
· Other Activities
° Drive/ Track Change Management
° Coordinate with internal resources and with the relevant BPE's and BPO's for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
° Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications/Experience
· 2-5 Years’ experience in Finance
· Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (equivalent work experience considered)
· Fluent English
· Strong logical analytical and Time Management skills
· Critical thinking
· Multitasking skills
· Problem-solving approach - an eye for 5 why analysis
· Experience in AP / T&E / AR / GL processes – In-depth knowledge preferred
· Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
· Ability to find solutions and innovate to simplify user experience
· System testing, validation, and User testing experience required
· Effective communication skills in partnering with other internal groups and management
· Team player spirit
· Ability to work in cross-functional teams
· Experience with large ERP implementations and/or usage;
· PeopleSoft knowledge as a super user (no IT knowledge required)
· Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
· Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)- Statistical Data Presentation skills required
