Your responsibilities

Keeping up to date and informed of any changes(s) or planned change(s), in the ABB corporate IS enterprise architecture and ABB IS strategy. Providing business analysis for a specific business function or area within an organization, supplying technical and business process or data expertise and supports decisions for new or changed IS solutions or services within scope
Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution or services to build and deliver activities. Identifying and prioritizing functional requirements. Defining solutions functionally, leveraging best practices, to fulfill customer requirements
Selecting, adopting and adapting appropriate business analysis methods, tools and techniques. Conducting advanced modelling activities for significant change programs
Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties. Supporting and engages ABB business or function as a product owner upon qualification of the business request for assigned service(s)
Supporting the Operations Manager in incident and problem planning, resolution when business or functional verification is required. Confirming (on request) whether the delivered solution meets the actual specification within User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
Involving and supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process. Assisting in the management, maintenance and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS services

Your background

Bachelors or Masters degree in Economy, Business Management, Human Resources Management, other similar education
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Agile Methodology, Business intelligence, Business Modelling, Data Modelling and design
Experience in Data Science, Business Process Improvement, Business situation analysis
Having good communication skills, Stakeholder relationship management and Business risk management
Assignment is planned for 1 year till end of 2024. Further assignment will be assessed in due course
