For over a decade, we’ve been building expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Neural Networks and much more. We are building technology that is disrupting the data extraction space for 5+ years now.

And now, we are on the lookout for a motivated Business Analyst to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will prepare requirements and provide internal/external user support for our Intelligent data processing offering(Invoices and Receipts). Below is a list of the background we would like our Business Analyst to have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, product management, applications/software development
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Proven success in building products/projects/platforms that are scalable and flexible.
• Excellence in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of iterative software development frameworks.
• Ability to stay organized in a highly demanding environment.
• Experience with using ticketing systems such as JIRA etc.
• Experience in drafting requirements and delivering software solutions.
• Experience in SCRUM and Agile processes.
• Experience in delivering business requirements for web and mobile based solutions.
• Working experience with Onsite and Offshore based model where the requirements are driven by the onsite team along with the customer. 

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI based solutions.
• Experience synthesizing key learnings from research, user data and competitive benchmarks.
• Prior web or mobile development coding experience

As a Business Analyst at Infrrd, your job responsibilities will include:

• Eliciting, compiling, and delivering detailed project/product/platform requirements to internal teams.
• Responsible for discovering and analyzing information from different sources to ensure the requirements align with overall project and customer priorities.
• You will be responsible to review, analyze, and make recommendations based on data analytics.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, managers and the technology team.
• Drive segmentation and A/B test features to maximize user satisfaction and performance.
