About the Role

The Customer Success Team at Plum is the guardian of user experience of all Plum members. 

A Customer Success : Operations Executive in the endorsement team works closely with our insurance partners to facilitate the insurance activation and deactivation process of our members. You will directly communicate with the decision makers of various organisations over phone and email and will be responsible for overall delight. 

Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Own all metrics around speed and delight. Our users love lightening quick resolutions and engaging conversations. Via email and phone, you will engage with the decision makers and insurance partners to deliver timely and qualitative closures.
  • Liaise and build relationships with partners. Insurance partners play a crucial role in enhancing Plum’s ability to deliver a stellar service. You will on a daily basis interact with insurance partners towards achieving the set objectives.
  • You are good at math. You know your way around numbers. You are someone who likes to arrive at accurate sum totals flawlessly. You are someone who can use excel/google sheets to tabulate data easily.
  • You are disciplined and organised. Endorsement is a recurring activity. To succeed, you will need precision, adherence to set SOPs and continuous engagement with relevant stakeholders to reach set goals.
  • You are empathetic. Your empathy should ease the complexity that exists in this space and further establish crystal clear clarity with your
  • You are the best communicator around: Your written and verbal communication is best in class. 
  • Use of modern CRM tools: You have established comfort levels in navigating CRM applications like Freshdesk, Hubspot, Intercom etc or similar. MS Office, Google Suite are table stakes in your resume.
Additional Info:
  • It will be 5 days onsite working.
  • Week-offs will be rotational.

Job Summary: As a Transaction Specialist within our Receivables Operations team, you will play a crucial role in capturing and verifying client-specific information from various documents. This role provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your attention to detail and productivity skills, while contributing to our team's overall success. Your responsibilities will not only involve maintaining high levels of accuracy but also ensuring that our client's data is handled with utmost precision. Job Responsibilities: Validate, verify, and identify inaccuracies (~60%) in system-extracted client information against client-specific documents within the image processing platform. The role also requires manually inputting/keying (~40%) information from client documents. Include specific responsibilities such as reading detailed customer instructions, adhering to various processing requests (from simple to complex instructions) for validating, verifying, or inputting check and invoice information, and utilizing a strong eye for detail, decision-making, and data entry skills to meet stringent client deadlines. Measure the individual on meeting/exceeding site productivity and quality standards in a timely manner. Be part of a team and meet the larger goals of the team; meet individual deliverables.
