About the role

Having found exceptional product/market fit, we’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up’. We are looking for a stellar Enterprise Sales Lead to capitalize on the huge demand for our product.

We are looking for passionate entrepreneurs, builders and straight up hustlers to help us build scale. We’re looking for an outstanding sales person who has consistently hit target and thrive in taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing. We are looking for someone who has successfully sold GMC to large enterprises and can hit the ground running on day one.

We don’t pretend that it’ll be easy - joining a company and embarking on the scale-up phase is an amazing challenge, pushing well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles. You’ll move quicker than feels comfortable, and be brilliant at continually re-prioritising what must get done to keep Plum growing month over month at the pace of the fastest growing insurance companies in history.

You will
  • Own and deliver sales quota
  • Sell "Plum" to CHROs, CFOs, CEOs & senior executives in customer meetings
  • Negotiate commercials with both customers and insurers
  • Generate, manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
  • Proactively source new leads
You have
  • At least 4 years of experience selling GMC to enterprise customers (500+ employees) at an insurance broking organization
  • Highly ambition to learn & grow
  • Commitment to build Plum for the long term
