  • Collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and absence data
  • Creating and maintaining Workday business processes and security roles related to Time and Absence
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Time and Absence
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations related to Time and Absence
  • Participating in testing of new system releases and updates related to Time and Absence. Provide training and support to end-users on Time and Absence processes and functionality

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Have minimum 3+ years of experience in Workday Time and Absence configuration and maintenance
  • Have Strong understanding of Workday Time and Absence functionality, including business processes and security roles
  • Have Ability to collaborate effectively with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data
  • Have Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues
  • Have Experience with Workday HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, and HR is a plus
