Job summary:

Expense Management will provide solutions that enable end users the ability to request, approve and manage expense reimbursement for the activities that take place where financial reimbursement is required.   The ideal candidate is customer-centric, sensitive to design, fluent in analytics and the business model, actively communicates both up and down the org, and is results-oriented with a strong bias for action. This individual is an evangelist for the needs of both the customer and the business and has a deep understanding of the customers’ job to be done. The candidate possesses deep skills and experience in design, implementation and deployment of integrated Travel & Expense Processes within Concur.

The candidate is an excellent communicator and builds strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally. This individual will be skilled in working across departments to collaborate with Business Managers, User Experience, Application Architects, Engineering, Program Managers, QA, and Operations teams. This position requires a good knowledge of finance and accounting, a strong background in one of this fields will be a plus. Further, with teams across locations, exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate across goes is a must!

What you'll do:

• Leverage best practices to design, implement, and support configuration /development for Travel & Expense business processes in a Concur environment.
• Collaborate with Business Managers, User Experience, Application Architects, Software Engineers, Program Managers, QA, and Operations teams to resolve Concur product/config related issues with service requests requiring Concur cloud support (customizations, config).
• Maintain Lean Spec Documentation and lead localization/functional configuration, testing and cutover for each implementation cluster
• Gain visibility and knowledge of new product enhancements and roadmap in order to drive sustainable solution design and value realization
• Work in devops environment to support on the enhancements and releases.
• Collaborates with QA / key users to ensure quality assurance
• Deliver state of the art Functional specifications or configuration documents

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor/master's degree in IT, computer sciences or business with additional qualifications in technology.
• 7-10 years of project solutions delivery (development/configuration) experience with at least 4 years of experience in Concur solutions integrated with SAP ERP, with at least one global company.
• Must have at least 1 End to End implementation experience in S4 HANA.
• Must have at least 1 End to End implementation experience in CONCUR.
• Knowledge of Concur configuration capabilities and automation OOTB features e.g. web service integration tasks, APIs, workflow config - Concur Expense Professional and Concur Travel certification is a plus.
• Demonstratable knowledge of PI and integration capabilities with Concur.
• Demonstrate capabilities to develop Concur reports in Cognos.
• Good understanding of interfaces across enterprise landscapes: e.g. SAP, MDM, HR, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of implementation methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM).
• Ability to work with technical and business-oriented teams, to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions.
• Should have worked in large scale implementations, transformation projects and played a critical role in gathering and defining requirements, FIT GAP analysis, system configurations, project planning and deliveries etc.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts/customer problems in a simple way to internal & external stakeholders.
