The achievers and collaborators we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:
 

  • Policy Implementation – Review existing policies and practices and recommend areas for including inclusive language and incorporating elements of our Quest Global culture.
  • Partner with the Culture and Inclusion team and the leadership to execute the Culture and Inclusion strategy.
  • Employee Engagement – Partner with teams across the organization and region HR Business partners to maintain and create engagement programs that celebrate our inclusive culture and encourage employee participation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and reinforce our Quest Global culture across the life cycle of an employee’s journey in the organization.
  • Performance Management – Work with the performance management team and report out the completion status of the culture KRAs.
  • Engage with employees and encourage stories on our Quest Global culture and publish on internal platforms.
  • Work with respective stakeholders to maintain and upgrade the Digital House of Quest Global.
  • Drive the engagement of the Culture advocate network community.
  • Support and drive the culture workshops and culture sessions during induction.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive the initiatives on the C&I Calendar. Develop marketing briefs for amplification of targeted messaging, create a communication plan and ensure execution
