Roles & Responsibility:
• Responsible for non-conformance assessment and providing disposition.
• Responsible for representing the stress team in the CFT analysis and disposition.
• Responsible for all Hand calculations (Classical Method) for all stress calculations for aero engine components.
• Should be creating stress justification reports and related stress hand calculations in consultation with customer SPCs and signatories.
• Analyze non-conformances and rework proposals for aero engine components.
• Should perform detailed analysis by hand calculations and analysis.
Required Skills (Technical Competency)
• Prior Material Review experience will be preferred.
• Stress Engineer with Good FEA skills, Hand calculation skills & Composite stress Analysis skills
• Good Exposure to Stress Methodologies
• Experience in Metallic - Linear & Non-Linear Static, Fatigue analysis
• Effect of thermal loads on structures component.
• Understanding of various composite and metallic defects and impact on strength of components.
• Good Communication with interpersonal skills
• Experience in FEA & Stress tools – ANSYS Classic, ANSYS APDL, Hypermesh & ANSYS Work Bench or any other stress tool package
• Working knowledge on Aero Engine Domain
• Working knowledge on 2D analysis & 3D shell Analysis, 3D bolted joint Analysis & Simple Structure analysis
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English Languages
• Proactive approach and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build and develop Customer & Supplier relationships.

Desired Skills:
• Masters/BE in Mechanical
• Experience in FEA & Stress tools – ANSYS Classic, ANSYS APDL & ANSYS Work Bench or any other stress tool package
• MS Office tools: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project.
