Job description 

In this position your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and sustain new RDA or metrology solutions
  • Analyze measurement results and provide insightful analysis
  • Successfully implement solutions into R&D pilot line manufacturing environments
  • Recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process abnormailities with urgency
  • Collaborate with Technology Development shift teams at Micron R&D fabs in the U.S.
  • Ability and flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, which includes weekends and holidays.
  • Collaborate with the global network to develop best-known methods and maintain alignment between sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in semiconductor RDA or metrology methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Demonstrated combination of flexibility and tenacity in the pursuit of goals.
  • Basic Data Science and Data Manipulation (scripting, coding, or programming, Python, JMP, SQL)

The ideal candidate would have the following:  Experience in handling complex, cross-functional projects  Solid understanding of phase gates, multi-swim lane programs and release process  Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, and other enterprise Project Management tools   Experience with and deep understanding of a project management methodology with PMP or equivalent  Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and partners in different time zones in matrix environment  Experience moving engineering programs and products from inception to delivery, articulating impact using clear and concise KPIs and metrics  Experience in Semiconductor technology is a strong plus  Excellent communication, collaboration skills and ability to multi-task with ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience  Ability to manage rapid development cycles, remain flexible, calm and drive clarity in ambiguous setting  Solid Team player, understand team capabilities and priorities  Self-motivated and pro-active with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities with curious mindset  Proficient in writing SQL working with large data volumes, PowerBI and/or Tableau is nice to have   The right candidate will work with Semiconductor Package Engineering teams, Designers, Cross-Functional Partners, Business units, Automation, Program Managers and Operations team.
