The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: Systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving System level issues. Collaborate with various Engineering departments/disciplines (e.g., design, test, software, technology) through knowledge of the interaction between departments and how their products/processes affect one another and impact non-engineering processes (e.g., Operations, Logistics, Quality). Fault Tree analysis modeling – Inform of which subsystems/components are influencing the reliability of the product. Identify TPP (Technical Performance Measure – INCOSE Terminology, to detail path to achieve technical measures with project direction) Expertise to define/contribute to product requirements, dFMEA, design validation/verification plan and Risk Management plan. Guides the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions. Oversees special studies or experiments to improve systems engineering practices, system quality, and define new components, products, or processes. Knowledgeable of IBM Tools (DOORS, IBM Requirements Management DOORS Next) MATLAB – Development of NPSW tools for engineering assessment of root cause Required Skills (Technical Competency): Working knowledge on MATLAB, Technical Performance Measure & RCA Working knowledge on Fault Tree analysis modeling. Working knowledge product requirements, dFMEA, design validation/verification plan and Risk Management plan Working experience on Medical Domain or related organization. Open Minded and logical thinking Can Do and Can Get it Done Attitude To interact with customer to understand the requirements. Good Communication and interpersonal skills Proactive approach and work in a fast-paced environment Desired Skills: Masters/BE in Mechanical Working experience of 3 to 5 years in IBM Tools (DOORS, IBM Requirements Management DOORS Next) Knowledge on manufacturing processes, troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and provide engineering solutions. Knowledge on MATLAB, Technical Performance Measure & RCA 5 to 7 Years of working experience on Medical Domain or related organization.
