ObjectiveThe Delivery manager is accountable and responsible for driving portfolio growth, P&L, Operational excellence jointly with vertical sales & horizontal leaders,  Customer satisfaction The role also involves Overseeing / review of Projects driving process improvements and innovations to ensure productivity and improved margins

  • Delivery of projects / programs on-time, On-Budget with expected quality & high customer satisfaction
  • Planning, Risk / Issue management, Project status reviews and reporting of the portfolio

  • SPOC for the customer delivery and escalation point
  • Take active part in Pre-Sales and drive Account growth
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Preference will be given to candidates managing Salesforce engagement
  • Media domain – good to have
