Revenue:

  • Responsible for Order fulfillment of Spares Business for Thermo Fisher Scientific India.
  • To Book Customer order within 24 hours from receipt of SAP Quote. To Check Customer PO for Payment term, Inco term etc before Order booking.
  • Daily Backlog Analysis basis Customer Requested Delivery Date and Commercial clearance - Analyze orders which are past overdue, and which will get overdue in next 7 days
  • Lead Weekly Spares Backlog Meetings and Division backlog meetings
  • Provide Daily Delivery Note to Warehouse for Customer orders
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of shipment
  • Provide details for Revenue Recognition to Finance team to help meet or exceed the Revenue Target

 

Profitability & Cash Flow:

  • Leverage Practical Process Improvement Projects to improve processes, drive continuous improvement and improve customer experience
  • Deliver Days Of Supply (DOS) & Excess & Obsolete Inventory reversal targets
  •  

Qualification

  • B Com/B Tech/BE; Master in SCM/MBA will be added advantage
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in relevant positions, meeting the required skills and abilities
  • Previous experience in Customer Service and Order fulfillment will be preferred

 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Hands on working knowledge of SAP MM Module
  • Should have good knowledge and experience in material planning and inventory management
  • Should have strong numerical ability.
  • Ability to take challenges
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and coordination skill
  • Familiar with ERP operating systems like SAP and MS Office
