Job Description

Support commercial  & sales operations 

• Working with extended team from the business i.e Finance, Risk,  Sales, Technical & Execution teams for a better understanding of the business

• Support commercial team on deal management and tracking.

• Support internal deal processes ( review calls & proposal preparation) in a compliant and timely manner.

• Leverage existing tools and resources in preparation of commercial proposals

• Ability to work in a team with excellent interpersonal skills

*Coordinate with cross functional teams including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, EHS, Quality, Risk, Sourcing, Tax, Field Service for timely delivery of proposal until contract closure.

*Present the deal risk profile and obtain the necessary approval.

Review, amend and negotiate terms and conditions. Accountable for identifying, documenting, and mitigating contractual risk. Support deal closing and conduct the handover process to execution.

*Document and upload all deal related documents on business tools.

*Comply with GE policies, work instructions and guidelines on ITO processes.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Identify, develop, evaluate, introduce, and manage engineering solutions for product control and control system technology needs. Apply control theory and mathematical modeling to design and control systems with desired behaviors. Includes operability, setting of boundaries, cycle optimization, control logic, control related software, sensors, hardware and software algorithms, and feedback to control the performance of devices, subsystems and systems. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area. Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.   Required Qualifications For roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the Engineering/Technology & Controls Engineering. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience). For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
