WHAT YOU GET TO DO: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, financial modeling, and profitability analysis, to support key business initiatives and strategic planning efforts. Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions. Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Organize and maintain financial data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for analysis and reporting purposes. Analyze cost drivers, cost structures, and cost allocation methodologies to identify areas for cost optimization and operational efficiency. Support the creation and maintenance of financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investment opportunities, and scenario planning. Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Operations, and Sales, to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making processes. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis to provide relevant financial insights and recommendations. Desired Skills Additional Experience • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. • 0-4 years of experience in a similar role • Ability to learn SAP is needed, prior SAP experience is a plus. • One Stream and/or Hyperion experience is a plus. • Excellent soft skills, including collaboration, being part of a high performing team, being curious and open, and being able to manage conflict collaboratively and openly • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-focused with an adaptability to different personality types. • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively. • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to prioritize workload.
