Infosys Equinox are looking for a highly organized and passionate Specialist, CRM & Email to join our growing team! This position will work closely with our clients and strategists in our Email Division to help manage many moving parts of day-to-day client efforts. This role will involve hands-on, client-facing, project management duties and strategy collaboration. While we support a flexible and modern working environment, we would prefer to have our top candidate be able to commute into one of our regional offices Essential Functions: Provide core organizational and project management services for the email marketing division Communicate effectively with both internal (agency) and external (clients and vendors) to keep progress moving on email campaigns and special projects Draft creative briefs to effectively translate client vision to our graphic design team Set up work flows and segments in different and varied enterprise level email service platforms Task internal stakeholders in our project management platform (Wrike) and ensure deadlines are met Core Competencies: Organizing - Can marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently arranges information and files in a useful manner. Technical and Professional Requirements:
Requirements: 6-8 years of overall experience with 2+ years of hands-on email marketing specific project management experience 1+ years of hands-on experience in a major ESP (For example, Salesforce, Bronto, Klaviyo, or any others) Excellent working knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS & JavaScript Excellent working knowledge of the following applications: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver.
