Job description 

Role Proficiency:

Work on complex projects creating Design of Concepts UX Strategy User Flows Information Architecture Prototype & Visual Designs for large-scale solutions
 

Outcomes:

1. Collaborates with business development research and prototyping and product management to define the next generations of business concepts and solutions
2. Participate with UX and Design Team and key stakeholders to develop a research approach and schedule
3. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to translate business problems into effective digital experiences that help customers.
4.  Participate in concept and usability testing gather feedback to come up with creative ways to solve UX problems.
5. Working with key stakeholders to understand their business needs solve their problems elegantly and advocate industry best practices for user centric design (UCD)
6. Assists in synthesizing findings to inform a better understanding of customers; give insight into business value and identify potential usability issues and design opportunities
7. Assists in converting research findings into actionable results
8. Assists in designing UX metrics to measure and track the impact of design changes on user experience
9. Participate in independent user research
10.   Understand customers product roadmap
11.   Assist in creating the design guidelines and follows the customer brand-book
12.   Assist in setting up processes and standards
13.   Conducts study of competitive products after analysing the business objectives user needs and brand direction. Assist in collecting the related data by interviewing users and lead creating a user requirements analysis document
14.   Work closely with other team members including Business Owners Product/Delivery Managers UX Designers and Development Teams to bring the designs to life
15.   Work closely with customers conducting user studies and research documenting user stories and requirements while crafting UX engagements that exceed customer’s expectations
16.   Assist in maintaining a reusable repository of design artefacts that helps in rapid prototyping

1.       Contribute to capability development in area of expertise (e.g. Training Webinars Blogs)
2.       Customer feedback on overall quality (zero escalations)
3.       Relevant certifications
4.       Business Development (# of proposals contributed to as applicable)

Outputs Expected:

User Research:

1. Participate in user studies and research

1. Independently create UX designs
