We are looking for a candidate who can work on complex projects and is proficient in qualitative and quantitative user experience. You will be responsible for creating and leading the design of UX strategy, information architecture, and visual designs. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to solve business problems and advocate for user-centric design practices. Your expertise in UX research, usability testing, and prototyping will be essential in gathering insights and solving UX problems. You should also have knowledge of branding elements, usability protocols, and various design tools.

Role Proficiency:

Works on multiple complex projects setting up executing and reporting on all aspects of qualitative and quantitative user experience. Create and lead the Design of Concepts UX Strategy User Flows Information Architecture Prototype & Visual Designs for large-scale solutions present deliverables to clients
 

Outcomes:

  1.       Collaborates with business development research and prototyping and product management to define the next generations of business concepts and solutions
  2.       Guides the UX and Design Team and key stakeholders to develop a research approach and schedule
  3.       Work closely with relevant stakeholders to translate business problems into effective digital experiences that help customers.
  4.       Lead concept and usability testing gather feedback to come up with creative ways to solve UX problems.
  5.     Work with key stakeholders to understand their business needs solve their problems elegantly and advocate industry best practices for user centric design       (UCD)
  6.       Synthesizes findings to inform a better understanding of customers give insight into business value and identify potential usability issues and design opportunities
  7.       Converts research findings into actionable results
  8.       Defines and designs UX metrics to measure and track the impact of design changes on user experience
  9.       Mentors and advises individuals across departments in conducting independent user research
  10.   Understands customers product roadmap
  11.   Creating the design guidelines and follows the customer brand-book
  12.   Leads setting-up processes and standards
  13.   Conduct a study of competitive products after analysing the business objectives user needs and brand direction. Collect the related data by interviewing users and lead creating a user requirements analysis document
  14.   Guide other team members including Business Owners Product/Delivery Managers UX Designers and Development Teams to bring the designs to life
  15.   Lead the team in working with customers conducting user studies and research documenting user stories and requirements while crafting UX engagements that exceed customer’s expectations

  1.       Contribute to capability development in area of expertise (e.g. Training Webinars Blogs whitepapers)
  2.       Customer feedback on overall quality (zero escalations)
  3.       Number of white papers/document assets contributed to
  4.       Relevant certifications
  5.       Business Development (number of proposals contributed to as applicable)Skill Examples:
  6.       Explain and communicate the design to the customer
  7.       Ability to conduct UX research and develop UX & UI Design
  8.       Effort estimation
  9.       Ability to understand a business domain
  10.       Manage end user interviews and expectations
  11.       Ability to understand business requirements
  12.       Ability to provide UX/UI design and solutions
  13. Expertise in using common tools for designing and prototyping
