Responsibilities: 

• Provide support to developers and end users for various Microsoft Power Platform solutions like Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Complete understanding of the standard policy, ownership and implementation of the Event, Incident, Request, Problem and Knowledge Management disciplines for Power platforms.
• Responsible for triaging and escalating any production issue affecting application outages per procedures.
• Responsible for providing Power Platform administration (updates, AD security, account management, capacity management, documenting processes)
• Manage Environments, Configurations, Integrations and Deployments
• Development of dashboards/reports in Power BI
• Create and maintain standard operating procedure, Triage and Knowledge articles.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, consistently high throughput and system performance.
• Manage Data Loss Prevention policies both at the tenant and environment levels.
• Maintain and upgrade COE Starter Kit and serve as a subject matter expert.
• This position requires the individual to be flexible to provide support in shifts in line with business needs.

Qualifications :

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Power Platform
• Proven Dev-Ops experience using Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate
• strong familiarity with systems automation principles with hands-on experience with scripting technologies (Python, VBA, Perl, PowerShell, VBS, etc.)
• Experience of administration of PowerApps environments, solutions, applications, and data sources.
• Experience in following standard development and deployment processes.
• Experience with Rest APIs using PowerShell scripts.
• Manage SOX lifecycle, including scoping, documentation, tests of design and effectiveness and it’s reporting.
• Ability to design, develop, secure, and troubleshoot Power Platform Solutions.
• Knowledge of how to structure Power BI data models and Power Query.
• Experience on the Azure Platform
• Familiar with Power Platform user license management.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure AD with experience in Azure Cloud Administration
• Experience troubleshooting network, firewall, and active directory issue
• Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts for repetitive tasks, new installations, upgrades, and migrations.
