Job Description
- 7+ years of relevant IT consulting or industry experience
- 2+ years of hands-on development and project management experience as a business process analyst
- Experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and training end users to join our Business Process practice
- Collaborate with and assist our Business Process Consultants during client workshops and during implementations. Capture business requirements, work with process flow diagrams and document business cases
- Work with project leadership teams to write, review, and maintain user stories.
- Document end-to-end process flow.
- Prepare training materials and lead client fulfiller training sessions.
- Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly opportunity pipeline analysis, and data validation and identify gaps and actions required
- Identify process automation and improvement possibilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive these efforts
- Communicate regularly on business/team performance, giving recommendations based on analysis of key performance areas
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to provide assistance,
- Gather requirements, generate design documents, and aid in the implementation of new business processes and configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a daily support capacity
- Maintain user management, access rights, and manage licenses for users
- Ensure data quality standards are followed and implement best practices
- Create documentation on processes, user guides, and knowledgebase articles
- Design and Test enhancements, including platform updates and bug fixes; coordinate user acceptance, regression, and integration testing; make changes and corrections, as needed
- Develop training plans, and materials and lead training sessions, as needed
- Lead and Mentor team members
- Assist with support tickets and support integration

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with engineering/MCA background with >70% score
- Excellent communication skills, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills
- Must have had client interaction/collaboration experience and independent contributor
The key skills needed for cloud computing include proficiency in major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, knowledge of DevOps practices, data security, data management, and application programming
Python and SQL skills are mandatory to have
