We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our team as a Components and ECUs Developer. You will be responsible for developing and validating components and ECUs, reviewing designs and interfaces, generating reports, and tracking tasks. Additionally, you will manage a team and coordinate with suppliers for ECU development and testing. Strong communication skills and global experience are required for this role. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate should have 12-18 years of experience in automotive Body Electronics, including requirements engineering and system analysis. Experience with product development, HIL validation, and project management using Agile methodology is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Developing the Components and ECUs

-Validation of the same on HIL test benches

-Review of Component design and interface

-Report generation and Task Tracking   

-People Management

-Coordination with the Suppliers for ECU development and test

-Ensure active communication with all stakeholders

Education:

 

BE/ME in Computer Science/ Electrical & Electronics/ Master in Computer Applications

 

Know-how/Relevant Experience:

 

- 12-18 years of experience in automotive Body Electronics including requirements engineering, system analysis and validation

-Good communication skills

-Global experience

-Knowledge of Product Development of ECUs, HIL Validation

- Strong experience on Project Management/ Agile Methodology

Roles & Responsibility: Body in White: Mounting parts Life Cycle Management of VAN BiW Mounting parts (Trailerhitch, Platform, External Footboard etc..) Design & development of concepts per the product development milestones & cross-functional requirements. Life cycle support for the Body in White projects, Provide innovative solutions and concepts, Interactions with cross-functional teams, Logistics, Costing, suppliers etc.. for realization of part(s)\assemblies Development of the components in Siemens NX as per methodology & documenting it in PLM system for downstream processes. Creation, documentation and archiving of all necessary joining elements according to methodology. Taking care of manufacturing, assembly & tolerance requirements, supporting for the release management activities. Ensure effective communication with Business partners, Innovation & Knowledge sharing with in the team.   Desired knowledge: Domain knowledge of Body in white. Knowledge of joining elements, manufacturing, tolerance & assembly processes. Over all knowledge of vehicle development system & benchmarking Knowledge and experience of constructing parts in Siemens NX & PLM systems. Daimler methodology, systems and processes know how is an advantage. Good communication and presentation skills. High team spirit, learning attitude & Driven to win attitude. Exposure to intercultural aspects and German language.  Qualifications BE/Btech/Mtech - Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 4 - 8 Years of experience.
