KEY responsibilities / working area’s.

  • Contribute to and be part of decided divisional IT infrastructure projects.
    • Can also include supporting M&A projects
    • Can also include infrastructure system managed
  • Second/Third line support for (divisional) IT infra solutions
  • Security Incident Management
    • Act on and handle vulnerabilities detected from a divisional perspective.
    • Be available, supportive, and also act promptly to input from Global Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) or GSSC Security Operations Center (SOC)
    • Work with actionable tasks on vulnerabilities and other security related issues and sometimes in cooperation with ESD Information Security Team, ESD IT Operations and other stakeholders
    • Further develop, implement / build security systems to cover software, hardware and components within the ESD IT infrastructure
    • Monitor for external intrusions, attacks, and hacks.
    • Focus on handling divisional security KPI’s related to targets.
  • Projects & Audits
    • Take part and be active member of projects related to the security area both driven from Division and ASSA ABLOY Group
    • Have an auditing role in the security area both within existing organization but also when new acquired companies are migrated.

 

CONTRIBUTION responsibilities / working area’s.

 

  • IT Security Operations  support
    • Help drive activities to establish & maintain the IT SecOps function.
    • Focus areas such as vulnerability scanning, and actions related to this.

 

  • Microsoft Platforms support
    • Active Directory / Exchange (online) / MS Teams / SCCM / OneDrive
    • SharePoint (On-premises & Online)

 

  • Network Infrastructure support 
    • (W)LAN setups
    • Cloud integrations

Responsibilities and authorities

  • With being self-driven take necessary actions on tasks & project work
  • Inform closest manager on progress and actions taken to secure the environment & inform on progress and actions taken in assigned infrastructure roles.
  • Represent ESD for some HQ (ASSA ABLOY Group) needs / projects.
  • Work based on global IT policies.

 

Key competences

  • Documented knowledge and experience in IT security with emphasis on Security Incident Management in all aspects of an Enterprise IT Infrastructure landscape
  • Experience with Microsoft infrastructure & security, ethical hacking, and infrastructure hardening (CIS) is meriting.
  • Experience in other platforms outside of the Microsoft area is a plus.
  • Certifications like CISSP, CIH are meriting, as well as certifications in data forensics, perimeter security and Microsoft infrastructure & security is meriting.
  • Experience in analyzing & troubleshooting 2nd & 3rd level problems (infrastructure related)
  • Good knowledge about security concepts and practices
  • Good knowledge about Active Directory, MS Exchange, Teams, etc.
  • Network knowledge in WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi areas is clear value add.
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Windows 10/11 - Windows Server 2016/2019
  • Basic knowledge about VoIP / Cloud telephony
  • Experience in scripting (PowerShell / Python)

 

Requirements

  • +3y experience in global company working with cyber security operation and/or security incident response.
  • +3y experience working with central IT infrastructure.
  • +1y experience in infrastructure projects
  • 8+ years of total experience.
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge on hardware, software, network and data centers.
  • On occasion travel and attend miscellaneous security projects and team building activities
  • Personal drive and interest in maintaining a relevant skill level.
  • Ability to think like a hacker and anticipate hacker moves.
  • ITIL (foundation) certificate is a plus.
  • Perfect English (verbal & writing).
