Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Metrics and Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in establishing and sustaining our Metrics program, working closely with our Metrics and Analytics Lead. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities, including designing analytics frameworks, collating and cleaning data from various sources, and automating data collection and validation processes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and sustain a robust Metrics program.
  • Collaborate with the Metrics and Analytics Lead to plan and identify metrics, data sources, and data collection mechanisms for Delivery and Functional areas.
  • Design analytics frameworks or architectures based on project requirements.
  • Collect, clean, and compile data from diverse sources in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Automate data collection and validation processes to streamline operations.
  • Build, refine, and improve analytics dashboards with data visualizations.
  • Provide periodic reporting of Project, Pillar, Function, and Organization-level metrics and data-driven insights.
  • Support and enable stakeholders in utilizing data and metrics effectively.
  • Implement AI-ML use cases to enhance delivery excellence.
  • Perform metrics baselining and goal setting.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and scripts to ensure data consistency.

Additional Responsibilities (IBMS/ISMS):

  • Support the implementation of IBMS (Integrated Business Management System) and ISMS (Information Security Management System).
  • Facilitate the implementation of integrated management system processes.
  • Attend Project Kickoff, Project Progress, Closure, and Portfolio cadence meetings.
  • Actively participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in Metrics/Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and libraries.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel reporting.
