What You’ll Do
  • Build the entire campus engagement & hiring strategy - headcount, timelines, budget.
  • Build the playbook for university relations and drive the adoption
  • Create and publish the campus hiring calendar for all related activities & campuses
  • Work with the org leaders (across functions) in identifying the right talent schools, degrees by doing talent benchmarking.
  • Maintain relationships with all the relevant institutions and use those relationships to get the best slots for our hiring.
  • Participate and execute the campus drives and other related activities.
  • Prepare, maintain and publish all relevant data & metrics. 
  • Organize events (like bootcamps, hackathons) to engage the offered candidates and to get them immersed with Meesho culture and way of doing things.
  • Build the year long campus engagement strategy involving low cost high output interventions.
  • Come up with ideas to engage students from final year and pre-final year classes. Different layers of ideas for different campuses based on the prioritization.
  • Build the Meesho brand among campuses that helps us attract the top talent from all campuses.
  • You will be a part of the larger TA and HR team and hence you will contribute towards all central projects and activities.
What You’ll Need
  • At least 5  years of work experience managing early careers in a high quality and high velocity environment.
  • Excellent knowledge on the entire university relations & hiring charter and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adept with all the latest technology and trends in the space of recruiting, more specifically campus recruiting.A data driven mindset and proven ability in driving decision making using data.
  • Deep and meaningful relationships with top tier universities in the country.
  • Innovative in coming up with frugal and the most impactful ways of engaging with campuses and enthusiasm to execute the same.
  • Experience to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
