Analyzes data and uses technology to anticipate business needs / opportunities and translates business strategies into actionable HR plans, products, and services Fosters an effective, inclusive work environment / culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values Fostering an effective, inclusive work environment/ culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values Building strong relationships with operations partners, Union Representation, HR colleagues and experts and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives and resolve issues Leading the day-to-day functions of the Labor Relations Office Coach and develop the Labor Relations Representatives at the Plant Coordinating and assist in UAW contract negotiations, implementation, and ongoing administration of the Master and Local Collective Bargaining Agreements Investigating and preparing responses to Outside Agency Complaints (EEOC & NLRB) Supporting hourly personnel recruiting and hiring, Personnel Relations activities and Health and Safety as required Coach, Counsel and educate Salaried operations partners on HR Policies, Processes, Programs and Strategies Analyze data to proactively identify and diagnose business needs/ opportunities and develop solution to meet those needs You'll have... Bachelor’s Degree required Team oriented, strong drive for results Demonstrated ability to lead, empower and develop employees Previous HR experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work as a team Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills Presence to successfully represent Ford Motor Company and interface with government agencies Demonstrated experience with delivering HR process improvement actions Ability to guide and influence at all levels Demonstrated conflict Management skills Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills Ability to work closely with others to deliver results Even better, you may have...
