We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills and a graduate/diploma in any discipline. The candidate should have good technical skills in solving desktop issues with Windows OS and Mail client (Outlook), end user network issues, printer issues, and MS Office issues. Basic networking knowledge is required. The candidate should also have the ability to perform asset management activities, IMAC, and hardware break fix. Coordinating with the on-call support provider and other vendors for call closure is also a part of the job. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience.
