As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential leads, initiating outbound outreach, assessing prospect suitability, developing product knowledge, scheduling appointments, managing CRM, collaborating with Account Managers, and achieving targets. Good communication skills, B2B inside sales experience, a proven track record, proficiency in sales tools and CRM, tenacity, curiosity, and conscientiousness are key qualities for this role. Experience in outbound prospecting in SEA region is advantageous.
