Join our Global Learning Experience Design & Development team as a Global Learning Experience Development Assistant. You will contribute to the development process for our online learning offerings by creating eLearning modules, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining courses in our Learning Management System. WHAT YOU'LL DO
BCG’s Global L&D function is undergoing a transformation, and we are ambitious in making change happen in a fast paced and agile environment. To support this transformation, Global Learning Experience Design & Development team seeks to recruit a Global Learning Experience Development Assistant. This person will have a key role in supporting the team in the development process for our online learning offerings. This includes building eLearning modules using industry standard tools, uploading them to BCG’s Learning Management System, and other administration tasks within the LMS as well BCG’s LXP platform
YOU'RE GOOD AT
The main responsibilities of the Global Learning Experience Development Assistant are:
emodules development
- Developing modules using industry standard authoring tools
- Coordinating modules production with key vendors that support the production process, including proof-readers, graphic designers, and modules conversion providers
- Development of other modalities like interactive presentation and PDFs, screen casting demos, interactive videos
- Editing audio and video files where required to ensure both high-quality output and efficient playback within BCG's Learning Management System (LMS) as well as Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
Learning Management System
- Uploading and maintaining courses within BCG's LMS, ensuring consistent application of best practices across BCG's content library
- Support testing of technical integration with other BCG systems
- Providing technical support to troubleshoot any issues with modules
Learning Experience Platform
- Creating channels and learning journeys on BCG’s Learning Experience Platform
- Act as an SME to support other curators on the platform
- Support testing of technical integration with other BCG systems
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferred in eLearning content production, multimedia support, or other L&D related activities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience developing content in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise,
- Evolve or other similar tools)
- Deep understanding of SCORM packaging standards
- Experience in basic level LMS administration preferably Saba Cloud
- Experience in basic level LXP administration preferably Edcast
- Experience in basic level Prezi development preferred.
- Experience with multimedia production editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Audacity, or other similar software packages) preferred.
