WHAT YOU'LL DO


In the capacity of an Administrative Assistant (“AA”) you are required to support multiple senior stakeholders based globally (APAC, Europe & US). At BCG, AAs are an essential part of the team and are expected to grow throughout their careers, building and improving their skills to match the evolving needs of BCG. Taking full responsibility for maintaining their stakeholders’ demanding schedules, our AAs are expected to act with initiative and be pro-active, as well as being able to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. The goal is to free up the stakeholders’ time, allowing them to focus on value added functional activities. This position is also expected to work with other AAs as part of a global team and may also be assigned by his or her supervisor to back up other support staff as required.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • A graduate degree
  • 4 + years of work experience from a professional services, hospitality or multi-national company background. Administrative experience would be an added advantage
  • Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Specialist part of BCG's Compliance team, you will be responsible for the India system’s compliance rates and communications regarding it. You will also support the Operations team for data analytics and dashboarding. The individual should be a go-getter, self-starter, articulate, and detail-oriented, with an ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels- both internal and external.   YOU'RE GOOD AT Risk Management and compliance (InfoEx) · Detail understanding of data management, and data risk preferred · Understanding of BCG compliance policies and process · Create/ update policy & process documentation post stakeholder alignment · Communicating with senior stakeholder to ensure compliance rates. You will need to regularly follow up with them through email, calls and F2F meetings · Understand/ analysis of current compliance process to brainstorm & suggest what can be improved · Regularly monitor India system’s compliance rates though global dashboards · Coordinate with Finance and HR for case and employee data · Work with global compliance team to transfer knowledge and answer queries · Conduct risk assessment and response to audit queries · Develop training sessions with HOD – driving cultural change from the top · Organize and run regular group/ individual training sessions for the staff Data analytics for Operations team · Support Ops manager to create reports and dashboarding on Ops related areas · Work with teams on gathering & cleaning info Other ad-hoc tasks for internal teams if required   PROFICIENCIES: · Microsoft PowerPoint (Basic); Microsoft Word (Basic); Microsoft Outlook (Basic) · Microsoft Excel (Advance) - Compliance report generation and weekly reporting. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are compelling and persuasive, e.g., negotiating skillfully in tough situations, convincing others to act   YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Should be proficient in communication both oral & written Prior experience (4-7yrs) in data analytics / has made reports and studied data as part of your earlier experience Strong academics from a top-tier institution Excellent communication skills; able to communicate with senior stakeholders
