Seeking an experienced IT/Telephony Support professional to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be incident and problem management, ensuring customer SLA's and departmental KPI's are met. You will communicate effectively with customers, troubleshoot faults, and manage knowledgebase. Must have hands-on experience with software installation, UNIX utilities, 3rd party software, and documentation. Skills in networking, Devops, Docker, troubleshooting, and Tableau Server are preferred. A technical background with a graduation degree is required.
