As a Product Manager for Conversational Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the overall product strategy and technical product roadmap of our AI-based conversational analytics and quality solutions. You will collaborate with the leadership team to define clear product strategies and prioritize business requirements. Additionally, you will analyze customer feedback, own product documentation, and support sales and marketing with customer demos and roadmap presentations. This role requires a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in delivering SaaS/web-based products and 3+ years of Product Management experience. Strong communication, innovation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential. Knowledge of Conversation/Speech Analytics, Agent Quality Management, Agile methodologies, Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Artificial Intelligence is required along with domain knowledge in contact centers, Conversational Assistants, or Conversational AI.
As Product Manager for Conversational Analytics, you are responsible supporting the development and implementation of the overall product strategy and detailed technical product roadmap, for the company’s AI based conversational analytics and quality solutions. You are part of a global Product Management team and report to the Director, Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical product management cycle translating product roadmap to technical product requirements through to customer delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership team in defining clear product strategy within the relevant market or geography.
- Identify requirements, define detailed roadmap, and create preliminary design concepts.
- Work directly with the Engineering teams to drive the implementation of the roadmap and meet spec, quality, and timelines.
- Prioritize business requirements and translate them to product functional & technical requirements.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and defect reports to identify product gaps and opportunities as input to the product roadmap.
- Own product documentation, training, and demos.
- Support the customer success and delivery teams ensuring quick resolution and root cause analysis on identified issues.
- Understand and ensure support and compliance with product certifications.
- Support sales and marketing with customer demos and roadmap presentations.
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering SaaS based / web-based products with 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in Product Management for Conversation/Speech Analytics and/or Agent Quality Management.
- Excellent written & oral communication.
- Experience in working in Agile methodologies.
- Strong innovation skills and experience in building products with Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven analytical thinking, leadership, problem solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Domain knowledge in building & launching solutions for contact centers, Conversational Assistants, or Conversational AI.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.
