Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the AI Labs and Engineering teams to engage with partners and stakeholders, building and managing integrations and collaborations.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on extensive domain knowledge of ASR, NLP, NER, and language expansion.
  • Guide engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of AI models.
  • Stay current with partner roadmaps and release plans, using this information to create an AI technology roadmap for each integration.
  • Partner with Product Management and AI / Engineering leadership to align integration work with Uniphore's overall product roadmap and release schedule.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align the AI product roadmap with marketing, operations, and key milestones.
  • Provide regular progress reports on communication integrations to Product Management leadership and operations.
  • Ensure robust documentation accompanies new communication integrations and updates to existing ones.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from different business units regarding integrations.
Required Skills / Experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in ASR, NLP, NER, and language expansion, with a strong portfolio of successful AI products.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering AI-powered products, with at least 5 years of dedicated Product Management experience.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, combined with the ability to think innovatively and address challenges at both macro and micro levels.
  • Comfortable thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment, and adept at navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
