Key Roles & Responsibilities
• At least 8 years experience in Anaplan business modelling and/or business application support; Anaplan certifications would be a plus
Understanding business processes and related model implementation in Anaplan;
Manage the incoming application related requests (Access request, Incident, Change request, problem request, how-to question) as L2 Anaplan SME; Analyse and respond to incidents, root cause analysis, prepare memo; Communicate and update to global end users and/or SMEs in case of more details needed for a request/ incident / change; Implement enhancements of the model based on the feedback and warranty period, bug fixing and maintenance;
Master data management and workflow; with appreciation of Data/Integration & Reporting
Model administration and maintenance including user rights maintenance;
• Alignment of the model changes with Global process owners and Global Governance teams;
Must demonstrate ability to work in a team; with high level of commitment, initiative and on the fly problem solving capacity
• As an Analyst, you’ll gain detailed product knowledge, work with large volumes of data (using tools like Splunk) and work with multiple teams to ensure that the customer issue is resolved quickly and thoroughly.
