At least 5 years experience in P&C insurance domain is required
Preferred Certification: AINS, IIA, CIP, CPCU
Location: Noida, UP
Excellent knowledge of P&C Insurance with team leading and client handling experience
Hands-on MIS skillset to drive insightful performance deep dive with client
Accomplishment in process optimization, operation management, and client servicing & team management with key focus on Process adherence, operational rigor, manage SLAs and KPIs, drive continuous process improvements / efficiency strategic planning
Strong stakeholder management
Must have great interpersonal skills
Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual
Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate
Good Written and spoken Communication Skills MIS skillset
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint) & PowerBI

Process and people leader with direct independent client relation and client handling Leadership experience of managing a team size of 80+, ability to work in an environment of multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
Manage FTE’s, SME, AM & Managers levels based on budget requirements & directions provided by Leadership team
Develop realistic project plans/schedule and track Team’s progress in meeting milestones and deliverables
As a part of the team you must act proactively, positively, patiently and effectively for seeking clarifications
Have a customer centric approach in problem solving
Ensure quality of service meets Company service standards
Participate in KPI Review RCA, Governance cadence, Sharing RCA on escalations received
Must pay attention to details, followed with good problem solving skills & attention to detail.
Follow-up with action owners on open actions (tasks, document authorship, document approvals, etc) to drive to current schedule
Escalate unexpected events impacting project schedule, budget & resources to management
Keep project team well-informed, effectively communicating current status and changes (also facilitate and ensure communications to extended team members)
Innovate ideas to error proof the process & reduce manual interventions Conduct and participate in knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners in the team
Responsible for weekly/monthly reporting to both internal management and client stakeholders Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with US client
