•Provides technical support to internal and external users (customer facing)..

•Monitors and provides maintenance for all related infrastructure..
•Works with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues..
•Gathers data for capacity planning and performance analysis of infrastructure..
•Develops projects to improve performance, efficiency, experience, capacity, etc. of environments..
•Acts as the primary interface for the client or project manager for basic to intermediate projects..
•Implements large, complex enterprise-class solutions using OpenStack technologies..
•Performs regular checks of system components for errors and application of necessary corrective action..
•Intermediate working knowledge of Linux platforms and technologies and related technologies including: MySQL, Apache, ha-proxy, DNS.
•Intermediate operating systems knowledge (Windows and Linux)..
•General network administration skills..
•Working knowledge of network storage protocols such as NFS and ISCSI..
•An understanding of Content Distribution Network architecture and practices.
Education
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Bachelor's degree preferred. <br><u>Certifications
•The following certifications preferred:. * COACertified OpenStack Administrator.
•RHCSA: Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator. * Windows Server Administration.
